Trinity make dreams come true

You got him from a  cruise ship at Grand Turks airport. His name is Thomas. He is alive and doing well now, thanks to you and your crew. He, in all probability wouldn't have made it otherwise that far away from the care he need. He had 100% blockage in an artery.
